You can enjoy greater success in any event if you prepare a training plan. From 5K’s to IronMan’s, planning will enhance your performance and likely create a better race day experience. The Thomas J Miller Company approach to training is more holistic– its based on your goals and intended level of commitment. It includes not only the physical training plan, but proper eating strategies, mental fitness, and race day planning as well. Programs will ultimately be posted here, but in the meantime, you can access a number of helpful tips to help get you started, or keep you on track. |
